Henrietta Lovell (also known as the Tea Lady) launched the company in 2004 with the goal of sourcing and supplying the world's best loose-leaf tea directly from farmers and their tea gardens. Our goal is to assist both those who make our loose-leaf tea and those who consume it.
We know we're delivering you the greatest loose-leaf tea available because we always source for quality above price and we know we're putting the value of your tea into the hands of the farmers, not middlemen, since we buy straight.
We traverse the world in search of the best tea, connecting our growers with buyers all around the world. Because relationships are everything, and people matter, we cultivate long-term partnerships with our farmers, tea communities, and customers.
